I had a RotoZip some point in the past but it went missing so was happy to find a refurbished unit at a lower cost. It saved me from having to re-purchase at the store and seems to work fine. I used it for the first time the other day and it performed just as well as the previous one I owned. The bits seemed cheaper - I broke all of the bits included with the kit, however, once I changed to one of my old bits from the previous unit I owned, I was able to finish my project with no more broken bits. Seemed odd but maybe something has changed with the quality of the metal. Other than that, the item worked flawlessly and would recommend it over buying at the retail location since it will save you money and give you a quality product.
